Criterion Capital is seeking a Design Manager to lead the design phase of office-to-hotel conversion projects in London. You will manage the design process, coordinate with project management, consultants and clients, and ensure plans meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.
You will guide design teams, review proposals, control budgets, and ensure buildability and guest experience. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and Sketch Up, plus strong communication, are essential.
