About The Practice

The Role

Our client is looking for an Architect with proven project‑running and technical delivery experience to join their London studio. Working closely with the directors, you'll take ownership of projects through the technical stages, coordinating consultants, managing clients and helping deliver high‑quality schemes from planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects across multiple RIBA stages
  • Coordinate clients, consultants and project teams
  • Produce and oversee technical drawing packages
  • Manage project delivery through construction
  • Attend client meetings and site visits
Key Requirements
  • ARB Registered Architect
  • Proven experience delivering UK residential and housing projects (essential)
  • Experience running projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong technical delivery across RIBA Stages 3–5
  • Archicad proficiency (essential)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
