Fawkes & Reece are seeking a Design Coordinator to join a high-profile, £800m data centre project in London. You will coordinate steelwork and façade design submissions, drawings and technical documentation, ensuring tight integration with subcontractors, consultants and internal teams.
You will support BIM coordination and manage RFIs, technical queries and design governance, while ensuring compliance with project specifications, fire strategy and planning requirements.
