We’re working confidentially with an established architectural and heritage consultancy looking for a technically strong Senior Architect to join its London team

You’ll lead the technical delivery of prime residential and hospitality projects, combining traditional construction methods with sensitive contemporary interventions. The role includes consultant coordination, construction packages, contractor liaison and site delivery.

We’d like to speak with architects who have:

At least five years’ post-Part 3 experience
UK prime residential and listed building experience
Strong technical detailing and delivery skills
Knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and NBS
Confidence coordinating consultants and contractors
