Senior Architectural Technician
Location:
London
Salary: £45-55,000 (Dependent on Experience)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join a highly regarded architectural practice in London. Working across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, the successful candidate will play a key role in the technical delivery of schemes from design through to construction. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and design-led practice that offers genuine career progression and the chance to work on high-quality projects across the UK.
The Role- Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages using Revit.
- Lead the technical development of projects through RIBA Stages 4-6.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and external stakeholders.
- Prepare technical details, specifications and Building Regulations information.
- Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations and current legislation.
- Attend site visits and project meetings as required.
- Support and mentor junior members of the team.
- Assist in delivering projects to programme and budget.
- Significant UK experience working as an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist.
- Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
- Proficiency in Revit, with AutoCAD experience advantageous.
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
