My client is an award-winning, design-led architecture and interiors practice seeking a talented
ARB Registered Project Architect
to join its collaborative London studio.
This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on a diverse portfolio of beautifully crafted projects, ranging from multi-unit residential developments to the adaptive reuse and sensitive refurbishment of significant listed buildings. The practice works across architecture and interiors for both private and commercial clients, delivering high-quality design with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship, sustainability and contextual sensitivity.
Working closely with the Directors and wider team, you will have the opportunity to run projects through all RIBA stages, taking ownership of design, technical delivery and client relationships while contributing to the creative direction of the studio.
The RoleAs a Project Architect, you will:
- Lead projects across all RIBA work stages from concept through to completion.
- Manage project programmes, consultants and client relationships.
- Deliver high-quality design and technical packages.
- Work on a varied portfolio including residential, hospitality, heritage, commercial and adaptive reuse projects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Contribute creatively within a highly collaborative and design-focused studio environment.
- ARB Registered Architect.
- A minimum of
three years' post-Part 3 experience
within a UK architectural practice. - Proven project running and delivery experience across all RIBA stages.
- Strong technical detailing and presentation skills.
- Experience working on residential, heritage, refurbishment or adaptive reuse projects would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes.
- Proficient in
Vectorworks, Sketch Up and Enscape
, with a good working knowledge of Photoshop and other industry-standard software. - Highly organised with excellent communication and coordination skills.
