An Associate Healthcare Architect is required to lead the technical delivery of large-scale hospital schemes. The role involves design development, regulatory compliance, technical reviews and coordinated Revit information production. You will work across multidisciplinary teams, specialist consultants and project stakeholders, maintaining consistent technical standards throughout complex healthcare programmes.
Practice & Project InformationThis established architectural practice works from a modern Fitzrovia studio and delivers complex projects through a collaborative, technically focused environment. The position sits within a healthcare team working on major hospital schemes rather than smaller GP or community healthcare projects. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are available alongside studio-based collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Lead technical delivery from design development through to detailed construction information
- Coordinate architectural information with structural, building services and specialist healthcare consultants
- Review project information against UK Building Regulations and relevant healthcare requirements
- Manage Revit models, drawing packages and coordinated multidisciplinary information
- Support technical reviews, quality assurance and structured project delivery procedures
- Provide technical guidance and resolve design, compliance and coordination issues
- Qualified architect with substantial experience delivering technically complex healthcare or hospital projects
- Advanced Revit skills used across coordinated architectural and multidisciplinary information
- Strong working knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
- Experience contributing to large-scale hospital schemes
- Ability to coordinate complex packages with consultants, contractors and specialist stakeholders
- Knowledge of Healthcare Building Notes and Health Technical Memoranda is desirable
