My client is an award-winning AJ100 architectural and town planning practice looking to recruit for three separate positions within its growing London studio:
- Senior Architect
- Senior Architectural Technologist
- Architectural Technologist
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, design-led practice working on a diverse portfolio of large-scale residential and mixed-use developments
, alongside projects within the commercial, education, healthcare and hospitality sectors.
You'll play a key role in delivering technically complex projects from RIBA Stage 4 through to completion
, producing high-quality technical information, coordinating consultants and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards. Depending on your level, you'll also have the opportunity to lead project teams, mentor junior staff and build strong client relationships.
- ARB Registered Architect.
- Strong technical experience delivering large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes.
- Proven experience leading projects through RIBA Stages 4-6.
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations, NHBC/LABC guidance and contemporary construction methods.
- Proficient in Revit
, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Extensive experience delivering residential and mixed-use projects.
- Strong technical detailing and drawing package experience.
- Proven ability to lead project teams and coordinate consultants.
- Excellent understanding of Building Regulations, NHBC/LABC guidance and housing standards.
- Proficient in Revit
, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- ACIAT qualified (or equivalent).
- Experience working on medium to large-scale residential and mixed-use projects.
- Strong technical detailing skills and knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
- Excellent Revit skills are essential, with AutoCAD experience and knowledge of NBS Chorus considered advantageous.
