Part 3 architect​/ architectural technologist

An exciting opportunity to join a young and growing practice. This is a full-time on-site role for a Part 3 Architect or Architectural Technologist, located in Wandsworth. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing architectural solutions, managing and integrating building systems, coordinating project phases, and ensuring compliance with building standards and regulations. They will also contribute to project management, liaise with clients and contractors, and collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality projects.

• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration technologies related to architectural tools
• Strong Stage 4 & 5 experience
• Good understanding of building regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in relevant architecture software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related discipline
• ARB registration is necessary for Part 3 Architects
• Previous experience in residential projects
