The Role

We are looking for a talented Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join their London studio. In this role, you will develop creative design concepts, coordinate project documentation, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding hospitality and lifestyle environments. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to prestigious international projects within a dynamic, design-driven studio.

Responsibilities
  • Translate client briefs and project visions into compelling, functional interior design concepts
  • Develop and coordinate detailed design documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and external consultants to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Oversee project workflows, track milestones, and ensure deadlines and budgets are met
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and supporting their professional growth
  • Participate in client presentations and site meetings, clearly articulating design intent and technical solutions
  • Conduct material research, FF&E selection, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and innovations
Required profile Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven track record as a Mid-Level Designer, with substantial industry experience
  • Strong capabilities in design development, detailing, and documentation
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other digital design tools
  • Experience managing project workflows and guiding junior team members
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-end interior projects from concept to completion
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid capacity as required by the role
