Hoare Lea is seeking a 2026 Graduate Lighting Designer to join its teams in Bristol, London, or Oxford. You will be exposed to all aspects of lighting design from day one, working across live projects in diverse sectors and supported by a dedicated mentor.
The role emphasizes conceptual development, CAD/Revit modelling, site surveys, and continuous CPD. A 2.1 degree in a creative field is expected, with masters being advantageous, and strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
