Marek Wojciechowski Architects is seeking an experienced, ambitious and design-led Senior Architect to join our growing London practice.

The Role:This role offers genuine progression for someone looking to take on greater responsibility within a growing, design-led studio. You will lead the design and delivery of complex architectural projects from concept through to completion, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors. You will manage project teams, oversee technical coordination and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
Thesuccessful candidate will:
- +5 years' post Part III experience
- Proven experience delivering high-end private residential projects in central London
- Strong experience working on listed buildings and within conservation areas
- Comprehensive knowledge of the UK planning system and Building Regulations
- Experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 0–6
- Excellent client-facing, presentation and communication skills
- Strong technical skills and experience producing technical drawing packs
- Demonstrable experience leading multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Strong technical detailing skills and production of coordinated construction packages
- Experience preparing NBS specifications
- Proficiency in Revit
- Opportunity to progress to Associate
