Senior Interior Designer - Luxury Hospitality

An award-winning international design studio is looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join its growing London team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-end hospitality and luxury lifestyle projects across the UK and internationally.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional interior design projects from concept through to completion, working within a collaborative and design-led environment.

The Role

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead the creative development and technical delivery of luxury hospitality projects, ensuring designs are innovative, commercially viable and delivered to the highest standard.

You'll work closely with senior leadership, consultants and clients while mentoring junior members of the design team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from concept through to completion.
  • Develop creative design concepts, mood boards and presentations.
  • Produce high-quality space planning, layouts and design documentation.
  • Prepare detailed drawing packages and technical information.
  • Coordinate FF&E selections, finishes and material palettes.
  • Liaise with consultants including MEP, lighting, structural and specialist designers.
  • Review shop drawings, specifications and construction information.
  • Attend client meetings and provide design support throughout project delivery.
  • Assist with construction administration and site coordination.
  • Mentor and support junior and graduate designers.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years' post-graduate experience.
  • Previous experience delivering luxury hospitality, hotel or high-end interior projects.
  • Strong design flair with excellent technical knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced studio environment.
  • Experience mentoring junior designers is advantageous.
