Key Responsibilities Lead and manage large-scale residential or hotel projects through all RIBA stages.

Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to develop robust design strategies that balance creativity, feasibility, and commercial viability.

Oversee the production of detailed drawings and models using Revit and other relevant software.

Conduct feasibility studies, site appraisals, and produce clear, comprehensive reports.

Ensure project delivery aligns with design intent, regulatory requirements, and budget constraints.

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams, supporting the development of junior staff.

Contribute to practice-wide initiatives, resource planning, and project programming at an Associate level.

RequirementsRIBA Part 3 qualified with significant post-qualification experience.

Proven track record delivering large-scale housing, PRS/BTR, master planning, or hotel projects.

Strong proficiency in Revit and confidence working in BIM-led environments.

Excellent understanding of UK building regulations, planning processes, and technical standards relevant to residential and hospitality sectors.

Demonstrable experience leading teams and managing complex project workflows.

Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

Ability to work autonomously while fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
