  • Provide specialist support for media library, dailies, VFX pulls, conform pulls and review and approval processes.
  • Investigate failed or delayed media transfers and coordinate remediation.
  • Support live editorial and remote production environments.
  • Maintain clear documentation covering incidents, recurring issues, fixes and operational procedures.
  • Collect feedback from production users and identify opportunities to improve tools and workflows.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to prioritise bug fixes, troubleshooting tools and service improvements.
  • Support the testing, deployment and adoption of new production technology.
  • Collaborate with regional Production Technology teams and provide local workflow knowledge and production context.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and manage them through to resolution.
Essential Experience
  • At least three years’ experience in post-production support, media engineering, studio or network support, or process management within a post-production vendor.
  • Strong understanding of content creation, on-set production and post-production processes.
  • Experience supporting editorial or media production environments.
  • Knowledge of dailies, media ingest, VFX pulls, conform processes and review and approval workflows.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex media, file‑transfer or production technology issues.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and client‑service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in high‑pressure environments.
  • Strong organisational, prioritisation and incident‑management skills.
  • Willingness to support productions outside standard office hours when required.

  • Colour science within editorial and post‑production workflows
  • Local storage, shared storage, SAN and cloud‑storage environments

About You

You will be:
