Senior Interior Designer (Hospitality​/F&B

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Interior Designer to join our client, a highly regarded London interiors studio renowned for its expertise in luxury hospitality and residential design. Specialising in high-end hotel and F&B projects across the globe, the studio is expanding its hospitality team and is looking for a skilled designer with strong project leadership experience.

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from the initial concept phase through to final execution. You will oversee design development, coordination, and documentation, while ensuring a high standard of design is maintained throughout the project and delivered successfully on site. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, as well as taking responsibility for leading and supporting other designers.

Previous experience in a leadership position is therefore essential.

You will lead the design process across high-profile hospitality projects, including restaurants, bars and hotels, working collaboratively with both internal and external teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard. The role will involve producing detailed design documentation, from initial concepts through to technical packages, as well as overseeing project execution on site and ensuring the original design intent is maintained throughout the build.

The successful candidate will have previous experience leading hospitality projects, with particular experience across restaurants and F&B spaces. You will be highly proficient in AutoCAD and Sketch Up, with strong client-facing skills and excellent communication and project management abilities.
