Design Consultant

At Terrazzo Tiles, we believe materials tell stories - of craft, of place, of the way a home should feel. We’re a boutique London showroom specialising in sustainable terrazzo, high-quality European porcelain, handmade tiles, and low-impact design solutions.

We’re growing steadily, and we’re looking for a warm, design-aware Showroom Consultant to join our team.

If you have experience in a design-led interiors showroom - such as Fired Earth, Mandarin Stone, Claybrook, luxury bathroom studios, or boutique design stores - your skillset will be highly valued here.

• Welcome clients into our NW3 showroom with warmth and care
• Provide thoughtful, design-led consultations
• Help clients build cohesive palettes of colours, textures, and materials
• Support architects, designers, and homeowners with specifications
• Prepare quotations and manage sample orders
• Maintain a beautiful, inspiring showroom environment
• Contribute creative input to displays and mood boards
• Build long-term relationships through genuine service and expertise

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Experience in a tile showroom, interior design studio, bathroom/kitchen showroom, or similar
• Strong design intuition and confidence working with materials
• Warm, thoughtful communication skills
• The ability to advise on kitchen, bathroom, and renovation projects
• Attention to detail and a well‑organised workflow
• A sincere appreciation for sustainable, high-quality materials
