Part III Architect - Property Development About Euroterra Capital
Euroterra Capital is a London-based property developer delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use developments. We manage projects from acquisition and planning through to construction and delivery, with a focus on design quality, commercial viability and long-term value creation.
We are looking for a talented Part III Architect to join our growing team and work directly on the design and delivery of our development portfolio.
The RoleWorking alongside our development team and external consultants, you will help shape projects from early feasibility and planning through detailed design and construction.
This is an opportunity for an architect looking to move beyond a traditional architectural practice role and gain direct exposure to the wider property development process, including planning, commercial considerations, consultant coordination and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and review feasibility studies, architectural concepts and design proposals for new and existing development opportunities.
- Assess designs against planning requirements, project objectives, commercial considerations and buildability.
- Support the preparation and coordination of planning applications.
- Review architectural drawings, technical packages and consultant information across relevant RIBA stages.
- Coordinate with architects, planning consultants, engineers and contractors to ensure integrated and practical design solutions.
- Support projects through detailed design and construction, helping resolve design and technical issues while maintaining design quality.
- RIBA Part III qualified and ARB registered.
- Experience with in a UK architectural practice, property developer or similar environment.
- Experience across multiple RIBA stages, ideally on residential or mixed-use projects.
- Good understanding of UK planning, Building Regulations and construction processes.
- Strong design, technical and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite

Revit/BIM experience would be advantageous.
You are design-led, commercially aware and highly organised, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach. You are comfortable working across disciplines and are interested in understanding the wider development process beyond architectural design.
