Aboutthe Role

We are looking for a highly creative and commercially minded Menswear Designer to lead the design and development of Topman's Outerwear and Tailoring categories. This role will be responsible for delivering trend-led, customer-focused collections that balance fashion authority, commercial performance and elevated product execution.

Working closely with Buying, Merchandising, Technical, Product Development and Marketing teams, you will drive category vision from initial concept through to final product, ensuring collections reflect Topman's evolving brand direction while maintaining a strong focus on fit, quality and value. Current category priorities include tailoring, outerwear, leather, suede, formal jackets, coats and occasion dressing.

• Developcommerciallyviableproductrangesthatsupportbothbrandandbusinessobjectives.
• Createdetaileddesignpacks,CADsandtechnicalbriefsforsuppliersandproductdevelopmentteams.
• Collaborate with Technical and Product Developmentteamstoensurebest -in-classfit,constructionandqualitystandards.
• Buildstrongsupplierrelationshipstodeliverinnovation,speedandquality.
• Presentdesignconceptsandseasonalstrategiesconfidentlytoseniorleadership.
