CW O’Brien Architects is hiring an experienced Part 2 or 3 architectural assistant to join its team in London.

We are seeking a talented and experienced architectural assistant to join our expanding team.

With office headquarters in Dublin, London, Galway and Cork we are part of a wide network of associated architectural practices across Europe and Asia.

Our London office, is ideally located between Farringdon and Chancery Lane. We have a rich history of working on complex and large-scale projects across a variety of sectors, including residential, student accommodation, office, retail, hospitality, data centres and mixed-use developments.

We are looking for talented, enthusiastic and driven Part 2 architectural assistants to work on a diverse range of projects in the UK, Ireland and internationally, including exciting and challenging data centre projects.

As a member of our team, you will be actively involved in both design and technical discussions, with the opportunity to play an integral role in shaping the future development of our new London Studio.

Requirements
  • RIBA Part 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent
  • proficiency in Revit/BIM (will be tested)
  • strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • legal right to work in the UK
  • fluency in both written and spoken English
  • enthusiastic, creative and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
  • strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess and evaluate multiple solutions
  • ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • experience or a strong interest in data centre projects is an advantage
