Anahita Rigby is looking for a project architect to join its team in London.

Start date:

immediately

Full time 9am – 5:30pm

Salary dependent on experience.

An exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a leading architectural and interior design studio working on high-profile projects internationally. Based in the studio in central London, you will be responsible for drawing and coordinating designs with clients and on site with the design team and Anahita.

We are seeking a project architect who is highly-organised, detail-focused, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering design excellence. You will have meaningful ownership of your work, direct contact with clients and collaborators, and the chance to help create buildings and destinations with lasting value.

Experience and qualifications:
  • ARB registration and a professional qualification recognized in the UK; RIBA membership is welcomed but not essential
  • three or more years on UK projects through RIBA Stages four to six with basement experience
  • experience in high-end residential, hospitality and heritage-led work is highly desirable
  • sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing, procurement and contract administration
  • the judgement and organisation to coordinate many contributors while keeping the architectural idea coherent
  • excellent proficiency in AutoCAD, with strong Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft 365 skills;
    Enscape, Rhino or equivalent visualisation skills are an advantage
  • excellent diligence with written documents and planning documents
  • excellent spoken and written English, intellectual curiosity and a calm, collaborative manner
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers and team members
