Tribuild in London seeks a Design Manager to lead a £40m Grade II Listed refurbishment in the City. You will coordinate the design process from detailed design through construction, working with consultants, architects, subcontractors and the site delivery team.
Responsibilities include managing design information, handling technical queries, developing design programmes and coordinating architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
