The role involves leading architectural delivery, providing strategic design direction, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships. You will also oversee resources across multiple commissions while supporting project teams and maintaining consistent design and delivery standards.

Practice & Project Information

This established architectural practice delivers complex projects across the data centre, high-tech and industrial sectors. You will work within multidisciplinary teams involving clients, consultants, contractors and architectural professionals, with responsibility for major commissions requiring structured coordination, programme management and strong technical and design oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex architectural projects from initial design through to completion
  • Provide strategic direction across planning, programme delivery and design management
  • Manage client liaison and maintain clear communication throughout project delivery
  • Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors and internal project teams
  • Mentor project teams and provide leadership across demanding commissions
  • Manage resources and team allocation across multiple active projects
Required Skills and Experience
  • Senior-level design management experience delivering complex architectural projects
  • Strong experience coordinating clients, consultants and contractors
  • Proven experience mentoring and leading architectural project teams
  • Strong resource management and team allocation experience
  • Experience providing strategic direction across planning, programme delivery and multidisciplinary coordination
  • Experience delivering major data centre, high-tech or industrial projects;
    Revit experience advantageous but not essential
