The Kit Kemp Design Studio is known for creating colourfuland tailored interiors that combine craftsmanship and contemporarysophistication. Our projects are based worldwide, ranging from design for Firmdale Hotels’ award-winning interiors to elegant homes on the French Rivieraand large real estate in Palm Desert. • Someone who demonstrates a passionate love of design, art, and beauty.
• Someone who will work alongside the Directors and Associates at the highest level tolead multiple and varied IA and FF&E projects, with the assistance of more junior team members.
• Aconfident, loyal, trustworthy, dynamic, and charming person who can engage with clients, project consultant teams, suppliers, contractors, and fabricators.
• Someoneunafraid to take responsibility, ensuring the Kit Kemp Design Studio delivers aseamless service to clients.
• Strong project leadership skills, including the ability to mentor more junior team members.
• Aproactive nature, great instincts, and openness to feedback.

• Adegree or equivalent in Interior Design/Interior Architecture.
• Atleast 7+ years post-graduate experience with a minimum of 4 years in the luxury residential sector.
• Fullproficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Suite.
• Astrong background in Interior Architecture, a high standard of technicalability, and broad knowledge of materiality.
• Apassion for FF&E with vast knowledge of suppliers, products, and specialistfinishes. Experience in procurement would be a plus but is not essential.
• Experience working on all aspects of projects through all stages, from concept to completion.
• An understanding of project programs and deadlines.
• Financialunderstanding of project costs and budget awareness.
• Anexceptional eye for scale, balance, detail, and colour.
• Impeccableand concise communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  
  Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
