Location: Greater London
Nscale seeks a Senior Designer to act as the design engine for People Enablement, shaping onboarding, feedback flows, and leadership behaviours. You will own the design craft across the work and set the standards for how we scale the function.
You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to build scalable onboarding solutions, AI-enabled experiences, and partner-driven designs. This role offers broad impact as we grow globally.
