Role & Responsibilities Produce detailed tender and construction packages including drawings, schedules, and specifications
Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and inspectors throughout project life cycles
Prepare and develop design drawings and documentation across all RIBA stages
Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants including structural and MEP engineers
Supervise junior team members and support development of project deliverables
Manage sourcing, detailing, and scheduling of materials and finishes
Attend site meetings and resolve technical queries during construction stages
Support project coordination to ensure delivery meets programme and quality requirements
Skills & Experience Required Minimum four years post Part III UK experience within architectural practice
Proven experience running high end or super prime residential projects in London Strong technical knowledge including contract administration and construction detailing
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch Up software
Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workloads effectively
Ability to work independently and proactively within a busy studio environment
Excellent communication skills for client and consultant engagement
Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship requirements
Salary & Benefits Salary range between 48,000 and 50,000 depending on experience and level
Hybrid working with three days per week required in the office
