Job Summary Project Architect Job Holborn offers the chance to join a forward-thinking Architecture studio in central Holborn. The role supports projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use, student accommodation and data centre developments. You will work across the UK and Ireland, with exposure to a wider network spanning Europe and Dubai.
This Project Architect Job Holborn suits an ARB and RIBA registered architect with strong Revit skills. The position involves delivery across all RIBA stages, from concept design through to completion. You will produce planning and construction drawings, coordinate with consultants, and support smooth project delivery. Role & Responsibilities Support and deliver projects across all RIBA stages from concept design through to completion
Produce detailed planning and construction drawings using Revit for varied project types
Coordinate with consultants contractors and clients to support smooth project delivery
Apply technical knowledge of UK building regulations specifications and construction methods
Contribute to design reviews and technical discussions within the London studio
Assist with managing project timelines scope budgets and agreed quality standards
Work collaboratively with colleagues while supporting the growth of the London office
Skills & Experience RequiredARB and RIBA registered with minimum three years post Part III experience
Advanced Revit skills with ability to demonstrate capability during interview stage
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop Illustrator and In Design Good understanding of UK building regulations detailing and technical documentation requirements NBS Chorus experience advantageous for specification and technical documentation work Ability to manage and deliver projects or work packages independently or collaboratively
Excellent communication organisational and technical skills across design and delivery stages
Experience or interest in data centre projects desirable with legal right to work in the UKSalary & Benefits Salary 45,000 – 50,000 depending on experience
