• Own the product design across agent configuration, calls, email, campaigns, scheduling, and related workflows
• Design how customers work alongside their agents, including monitoring calls, correcting agents, defining capabilities, and building trust
• Establish and maintain a unified design language covering typography, colour, icons, components, and documentation
• Connect onboarding, agent creation, on-call setup, and booking review into a cohesive product experience
• Spend substantial time with customers to understand their workflows and identify product problems
• Set new design patterns for complex operational software used throughout the day
• Prototype quickly and collaborate directly with the CEOs, CTO, and engineers to build designed solutions
• Push design direction and make strong product design decisions

• Experience designing genuinely complex software
• Experience with dense screens and real operational workflows
