Searching for London-based Part 2 Architectural Assistants — we’re currently working with CAD and BIM Bureau looking for Revit proficient Part 2s.

Hourly rates
Outside IR35 (variation depending on experience).
Hybrid working arrangements –into Central London

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Architecture, with a qualification in RIBA Part 2.
Experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant or a similar position
Strong proficiency in the use of relevant software design tools, such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Lumion.
Effective communication skills, with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members and take guidance from senior colleagues.
Excellent organisational skills, with a strong proactive, problem-solving mindset and a profound attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Assemble preparation and research drawings and models, allowing for design concepts and intent to be shared and discussed effectively.
Work collaboratively with consultants, contractors, and clients, ensuring transparency across project plans, allowing for smooth project execution.
Maintain knowledge of up-to-date UK industry trends and advancements, relevant regulations and industry best practices
Design and develop in-depth concepts with the support of senior members of the team.
