Location: Greater London
- Own end-to-end SME finance experiences across acquisition, growth, retention, and re-engagement
- Balance hands-on design in Figma with strategic input into design strategy and product roadmaps
- Lead and facilitate usability testing, discovery interviews, and concept testing
- Analyse and synthesise research findings to shape team decisions
- Use AI tools for research synthesis, ideation, and prototyping
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align on problems, generate ideas, and make decisions
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Content, and Marketing to design, ship, and iterate features
- Use and contribute to the design system
- Create high-quality visual and UI assets and support Marketing with above-the-line material
- Create prototypes ranging from quick concept explorations to high-fidelity, testable experiences
- 5+ years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of digital products or features
- Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
- Strong UI and visual design skills, including typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Experience independently planning, running, analysing, synthesising, and socialising research insights
- Confidence facilitating workshops with cross-functional teams
- Practical experience incorporating AI tools into design processes
- Solid experience working with design systems
- Comfortable working in Figma
- Familiarity with prototyping and research tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Claude for Design, User Testing, or similar
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Nice to have: experience in financial services, fintech, regulated/high-trust industries, SME/B2B audiences, or marketing/above-the-line campaigns
Demonstrates extensive experience in product design with a strong focus on end-to-end ownership of digital products, utilizing Figma for hands-on design and strategic input. Proficient in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and incorporating AI tools into design processes to enhance user experiences.
