We're recruiting for an experienced Boyswear Designer to join a highly collaborative and design-led team working across exciting licensed and branded product ranges. This role offers the chance to combine creativity with commercial thinking, creating trend-led collections that translate adult fashion into successful children swear ranges. You'll be working closely with international stakeholders while playing a key role in shaping product that resonates with today's consumer.
Therole
You'll be responsible for developing commercially successful boyswear collections, creating exciting product concepts and building ranges that balance trend, brand DNA and customer demand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing trend-led and commercial children swear collections
- Creating mini-me and take-down product inspired by adult collections
- Presenting design concepts and product ideas to key stakeholders
- Researching trends and identifying opportunities for newness
- Working collaboratively with product development and commercial teams
- Managing multiple categories and product areas
- Building strong relationships across the wider business
- Supporting product from concept through to launch
- Strong boyswear or children swear design experience
- Experience creating mini-me collections
- A strong commercial eye and understanding of the retail market
- Excellent Adobe Illustrator and CAD skills
- Strong presentation and communication abilities
- The confidence to present ideas and influence stakeholders
- A collaborative approach and passion for great product design
