As a Branded Video Production Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the day‑to‑day logistics that enable the department to deliver outstanding content. From managing key documentation and finance systems to supporting shoots and production activities, you'll be involved across the full breadth of production management. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of branded content projects, helping to ensure productions run smoothly, efficiently and safely while supporting the wider team in delivering creative and commercial success.

Your role :

As Production Coordinator, you'll support the planning, organisation and delivery of branded video productions across a busy and fast‑paced department.

  • Helping plan branded video shoots, managing logistics including locations, permits, catering, crew, props and equipment.
  • Coordinating freelancers and suppliers, creating call sheets and risk assessments, and ensuring production documentation is in place and communicated to all parties.
  • Acting as the main on‑set production contact, supporting talent, crew and stakeholders and facilitating efficient communication between teams.
  • Assisting in ensuring client requirements are met and that all essential content is captured on schedule.
  • Setting up suppliers, raising purchase orders, managing invoices, receipts and expenses, facilitating rush payments and tracking project costs.
  • Supporting Content Creators by booking and attending location recces, evaluating concepts and locations from a production perspective, and highlighting relevant production, legal, compliance and health & safety considerations.
  • Supporting on‑set operations, ensuring productions operate safely and compliantly, gathering signed release forms, managing post‑shoot data transfer and ensuring locations are wrapped appropriately.
  • Providing general administrative support, maintaining organised production records, departmental trackers and  boards.
  • Managing storage, archival, props and equipment while minimising unnecessary expenditure and enabling rapid information recall.
The skills you will bring:
  • Experience in Production Coordination within a video production environment, or a film production degree (or similar)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise competing demands and manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge of production processes across digital, video and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different stakeholders and handle sensitive or challenging conversations professionally.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure, take a practical, solutions-focused approach and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented and team‑player mindset.
