As the Senior Menswear Shape Designer, you'll craft innovative, commercially successful collections that set market trends for a leading high street retailer account.

• Shape the future of high-street menswear across formal wear, outerwear, wovens, and denim
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (design, buying, production) on a global scale
• Present trend-led concepts to customers and suppliers, influencing product direction
• See your designs come to life-from sketch to store

• Proven menswear design experience, ideally within shapewear
• Strong creative flair and sense of colour, with a track record of successful commercial collections
• Experience collaborating with global suppliers and managing key accounts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable pitching to internal and external stakeholders
