Salary £30,000 - £35,000

• Collaborate closely with senior designers, merchandisers, and offshore teams, building your network and skill set

• Assist senior designers in crafting cohesive ladies wear ranges across multiple product categories
• Transform concepts into sketches, CADs, and detailed tech packs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Research seasonal trends and competitors to inform direction and innovation
• Maintain organized design files, tech packs, and presentations that keep projects on track
• Liaise with offshore manufacturing and merchandising teams to meet deadlines and budgets

• A degree in Fashion Design (or equivalent hands-on industry experience)
• Experience in Ladieswear Design with a supplier or retail side.
• A genuine passion for ladies wear design, exceptional attention to detail, and a hunger to learn
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with 3D tools (CLO 3D, Browzwear) is a plus
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to juggle multiple projects
