Role & Responsibilities Lead the delivery of complex architectural projects from initial design stages through to successful completion

Provide strategic direction across project planning, programme delivery, coordination and wider design management activities

Manage client liaison while maintaining clear communication throughout the design and project delivery process

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including clients, consultants and contractors across complex architectural development programmes

Mentor project teams while providing leadership, guidance and support across demanding project delivery requirements

Manage resources across multiple commissions to maintain appropriate project coverage and effective team allocation

Drive consistent design quality and delivery standards throughout data centre, high-tech and industrial projects

Influence project delivery strategies while maintaining effective coordination between architectural and multidisciplinary project requirements

Skills & Experience Required Senior-level leadership experience within design management and the delivery of complex architectural development projects

Proven ability to coordinate effectively across clients, consultants and contractors throughout demanding project programmes

Experience mentoring architectural project teams and providing clear leadership across multiple active project commissions

Strong resource management experience with responsibility for allocating team capacity across competing project requirements

Demonstrable experience providing strategic direction across planning, programme delivery and multidisciplinary design coordination

Experience leading major architectural projects within data centre, high-tech or industrial project environments

Strong client liaison skills with the ability to communicate project requirements clearly across multidisciplinary teams

Revit experience would be advantageous for supporting project coordination but is not essential for this position
