Aztrum is delighted to be working with an established, design-focused architectural practice that is looking to appoint an experienced BIM Coordinator to support its growing project team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating BIM models, maintaining high-quality project information and supporting the delivery of projects through effective digital workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded BIM professional with strong Revit experience who enjoys working collaboratively with architects, consultants and wider project teams.

Key Responsibilities for this BIM Coordinator role:

Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and manage model federation.
Carry out clash detection using Navisworks or similar software.
Maintain issue logs and support the resolution of coordination issues.
Undertake model audits and quality checks.
Ensure BIM deliverables meet project standards and requirements.
Support Revit family and content management.
Assist project teams with model and drawing production where required.
Liaise with architects, consultants and BIM teams to ensure effective coordination.

Qualifications and Experience needed for this BIM Coordinator role:

Relevant experience within an architectural BIM environment.
Strong Revit experience, including modelling and documentation.

Experience with Navisworks and clash detection.
Good understanding of BIM standards, ideally ISO 19650.

Experience with Revit families and architectural documentation.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
