Principal and senior Revit technicians know the difference between a practice that uses BIM and a practice that believes in it. One asks you to produce drawings faster; the other builds its whole delivery method around the quality of the model. This is the second kind.

The firm is an award winning structural and civil consultancy with offices across the country and a London studio on the edge of Clerkenwell, working on residential, commercial, education and refurbishment schemes. Digital delivery is a genuine specialism here rather than a marketing slide, and the technician team carries real standing within the business.

You would lead structural Revit production across projects: building and managing models, setting standards and templates, coordinating with architects and services consultants, and developing the junior technicians around you. At principal level you would also shape how the practice's BIM capability develops, with the ear of directors who actually understand what you are telling them.

You will need deep structural Revit experience in consultancy, fluency in coordination workflows, and the judgement to know when a model is fit to build from. A technician who has been undervalued somewhere that sees modelling as typing will recognise the difference here quickly.

Salary is between £45,000 and £62,000, set by whether you arrive at senior or principal level.
