BIM Manager | MEP Contractor | London

£60,000 - £75,000 + package | Permanent

A leading MEP / Building Services Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced BIM Manager to support the delivery of a growing portfolio of major projects across London.

This is a key position within the business, offering the opportunity to take ownership of BIM delivery and work closely with design, engineering, project management and site teams.

What you'll be responsible for

Leading BIM delivery across multiple MEP projects.
Managing BIM Coordinators and supporting the wider BIM team.
Driving Revit & Navisworks coordination and clash detection.
Coordinating mechanical, electrical, public health and specialist services.
Working closely with consultants, designers and project teams.
Managing BIM Execution Plans and project information requirements.
Ensuring models are coordinated, accurate and buildable.
Supporting projects through construction and digital handover.
Developing BIM standards and processes across the business.

We're looking for

An experienced BIM Manager / Senior BIM Coordinator with a strong MEP contractor background.

You should have excellent Revit and Navisworks knowledge, strong MEP coordination experience and a good understanding of ISO 19650 and digital construction.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who can lead, influence and solve problems, with a practical understanding of how BIM supports successful construction on site.
