Role & Responsibilities Deliver residential and mixed-use projects from concept through to construction stages

Lead technical design development and detailing for high quality architectural schemes

Produce drawings, models, and visual materials across all RIBA project stages

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment

Manage project workload within a small team environment with autonomy and accountability

Communicate effectively with clients to support project objectives and delivery outcomes

Mentor junior team members and contribute to collaborative studio working practices

Utilise AutoCAD and Revit to support design development and technical documentation

Skills & Experience RequireARB registered architect with minimum two years post Part III UK practice experience

Experience leading projects across all RIBA stages with focus on stages two to four Strong design and technical ability across residential or hospitality projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Sketch Up with Revit experience desirable

Experience with in small to medium sized design-led architectural practices preferred

Strong communication skills for client engagement and multidisciplinary coordination

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliver projects to programme deadlines

Right to work in the UK with strong written and spoken English communication skills

Salary & Benefits Salary between 45,000 and 60,000 depending on experience and capability level
