Proven design management skills

Manage the process, resolution and communication of all design queries as part of the projectable to control external consultants and client approval teams  to ensure programme and budget is maintained

Ability to critically analyse information to identify the key to an issue ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to persuade and influence others to gain agreement to and acceptance of ideas

As an experienced Design Manager you will  be educated to Degree level, you will have experience working on large projects and have previous experience at a managerial level. Must have spent 12 months completing designs as part of a consultancy or Temporary works design department and understand the Principal Designer Duties including ERIC Please only apply if seeking permanent role and are able to commute to Swindon when required
