BRAND NEW ROLE | London | BIM / Revit | Major UK Hospital Project
We’re working with a leading international design practice that is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their London studio and become part of a large, multidisciplinary team delivering a major hospital project in the UK
.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a complex projects, coordinating teams, keeping models and information on track, and making sure BIM is working properly from design through delivery.
The Role- Coordinate BIM across a large, multidisciplinary project team
- Manage and develop federated Revit models
- Lead clash detection and digital coordination
- Carry out model audits and QA/QC
- Support ISO 19650, EIR and information management requirements
- Manage workflows through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Support and train project teams in BIM processes and best practice
- Help improve digital workflows, content and project delivery
- 5+ years’ experience within an architectural, engineering or construction environment
- Strong experience coordinating large‑scale multidisciplinary BIM projects
- Advanced Revit skills
- Strong knowledge of ISO 19650
- Experience with ACC and coordination tools such as Navisworks, Solibri or similar
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience on healthcare/hospital projects is highly desirable
