THE ROLE
Biglight's Experience Designers help organisations solve complex customer and business challenges through research, strategy and design. From shaping journeys and defining product experiences to creating wireframes, prototypes and service concepts, we turn insight into solutions that deliver measurable impact.
Our Experience Design team brings together UX, research and strategy specialists who care deeply about creating products and services that work for both customers and businesses. We collaborate across disciplines to solve complex problems and deliver meaningful outcomes for some of the world's leading brands.
As a Senior Experience Designer, you'll play a key role in translating customer insight into products, services and experiences. You'll lead research and design activities, own significant work streams, facilitate workshops and work directly with clients to shape decisions and drive progress.
Using user‑centred design methods, you'll balance customer, business and delivery needs to create experiences that are intuitive, effective and commercially valuable.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOUWork on complex, high-impact projects
You'll work closely with clients across a range of transformation initiatives, owning key work streams from discovery through to delivery. Whether facilitating workshops, shaping UX or influencing stakeholder decisions, you'll play a central role in delivering meaningful outcomes.
