BIM Manager- Site

Position: BIM Manager- Site Based
At Dornan we are currently recruiting for BIM Manager based on site in london  to work on allocated projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Project BIM Coordinators and manage workload of Revit Technicians.

Coordinate with Dornan Engineers, Design Teams, and 3rd‑party contractors.

Work with the BIM Manager to plan project programmes and BIM delivery strategies.

Chair weekly coordination meetings and workshops, producing minutes and tracking actions.

Implement and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and Project BIM Implementation Plan (BIP).

Support the UK BIM Manager in developing company BIM standards.

What We're Looking For

Strong understanding of the Project BIM Manager role.

Undrerstanding  of  RIBA Stage 5 and 6 for MEP

Effective planning and programming skills.

Ability to work independently and within multi‑disciplinary teams.

Excellent IT skills:
Revit, Navisworks, Excel, Fabrication MEP.

Good commercial awareness and knowledge of HSE systems.

Awareness of team strengths and development needs.

Getting the information on time, having to chase and challenge the internal and external team for it to hit deliverables

Leading on coordination, having to sit with contractor, consultant, architects, structural team… and getting them on board to support us with the re coordination of areas

leading meetings with other contractors, architects

leading a team and reporting on progress
