Architectural designer

ASPA KST is looking for an architectural designer or architect to join its team in London.

We’re looking for an ambitious and talented Architectural Designer or Architect with three–five years of professional experience to join our London studio and play an active role in the development and delivery of our growing portfolio.

We are a dynamic architecture and design practice working across urban planning, architecture and interior design, with particular expertise in large-scale retail and workplace projects, alongside residential, healthcare and public spaces.

Our studio brings together registered architects, engineers, designers and support staff, with experience gained in leading international practices around the world. We combine this global perspective with a hands‑on, collaborative approach to create contemporary, high‑quality and environmentally responsible architecture.

As an Architect at ASPA KST, you will become an integral part of our design team, contributing to projects from concept and design development through to technical delivery, construction and completion.

We’re looking for someone who can bring both design ambition and practical understanding to the role – someone who is confident developing ideas, coordinating with others and taking responsibility for your work.

You’ll work closely with senior architects, engineers, designers, consultants and clients, with the opportunity to take increasing ownership of projects and help shape them from the earliest ideas through to the finished building.

• contributing to the design and development of architectural projects across residential, commercial, healthcare, retail, workplace and public sectors
• taking ownership of defined areas of projects and supporting their progression through different RIBA stages
• producing and coordinating high-quality drawings, 3D models, visualisations, presentations and technical information
• working collaboratively with senior architects, consultants, engineers and other project stakeholders
• supporting the development of design concepts while ensuring that proposals respond to practical, technical and environmental considerations
• participating in client meetings, design reviews, workshops and presentations
• attending site visits and supporting the team during construction and project delivery
• researching materials, technologies, regulations and sustainable design strategies
• helping coordinate information and ensuring design intent is maintained as projects progress
• contributing to the wider creative culture of the studio and sharing knowledge with colleagues
• staying curious about emerging architectural approaches, technologies, materials and the evolving role of architecture

• three–five years of professional experience in an architectural practice
• a Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design is desirable
• strong design and architectural thinking, with the ability to develop ideas from concept through to detailed design
• strong proficiency in relevant design and visualisation software such as Rhino, V-Ray and Adobe Creative Suite
• good use of Revit, AutoCAD is desirable
