Senior mechanical design healthcare

Position: senior mechanical design, up to 70k, healthcare experience a genuine plus
If you've got mechanical design experience across healthcare projects specifically, that is exactly the kind of background this senior role is built around, not just a box ticked on a person spec by someone who has never worked on a hospital scheme.

This is a long established engineering services design consultancy with offices across the UK and Europe, working across education, healthcare, government, residential, retail and heritage projects, with sustainability built into how the practice runs rather than treated as an afterthought.

At senior level, healthcare experience would be a genuine advantage here, not just a preference listed for appearances, though it is not a strict requirement if your broader mechanical design background is strong. You'll take on mechanical building services design across a varied portfolio, working across design stages from concept through to delivery and touching areas like building performance and intelligent building systems alongside core mechanical work, with a wider team that puts real weight behind training, mentoring and professional development rather than leaving your progression to chance.

You're joining a team with real scale and project variety behind it, spread across several UK and European offices, rather than a small outfit stretched thin across sectors it doesn't really know.
