Delta Capita seeks a hands-on Lead UX/UI Designer to cover a 12-month maternity leave in London. You will own the design of complex, multi-stakeholder products end to end, from discovery through prototypes to production-ready UI. You will work daily with engineering and product teams, with senior support as needed.
You will lead other junior designers, help them decide, give feedback, and ensure work is delivered to a high standard and on time. Strong leadership and communication are essential.
