Architect / Architectural Technologist
Location:
North West London
Salary: £43,000-£46,000 per annum

An established architectural practice is looking for a technically strong Architect or Architectural Technologist to join its growing team in North West London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, motivated professional with strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and experience delivering residential projects. The successful candidate will work across a varied portfolio of one-off residential properties, extensions and conversions, taking projects from initial design through to technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Produce high-quality architectural drawings and technical packages using Revit.
- Prepare detailed Building Regulations drawings and ensure designs meet relevant UK regulatory requirements.
- Work across all RIBA stages, from initial concept and planning through to technical design and construction.
- Develop technical details for residential extensions, conversions and bespoke residential properties.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients to ensure projects be delivered effectively.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the design and construction process.
- Communicate confidently with clients and project stakeholders.
- Experience working within an architectural practice.
- Strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Approved Documents.
- Proficiency in Revit and the ability to produce detailed technical drawings.
- Experience delivering residential projects, particularly extensions, conversions or one-off houses.
- Good understanding of construction detailing and technical design.
- Strong communication skills and a confident, proactive personality.
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently while working collaboratively within a team.
- Competitive salary of £43,000-£46,000, depending on experience.
