Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting an Architectural Technician/Design Manager for a London-based residential developer. The role is client-side, full-time, and focuses on coordinating technical design from RIBA Stage 3 through to construction, handover and close-out.
You will lead design coordination with external designers, consultants and contractors, review packages, ensure buildability, and support planning approvals and on-site delivery at a fast-paced, entrepreneurial development pace.
