In this role, day to day, you will form part of a team responsible for design, implementing and supporting the construction phases of projects (commercial and residential).
Responsibilities:
• Receiving and reviewing concepts, applications and documents and producing technical designs and drawings
• Using software such as AutoCAD and REVIT
• Conducting site visits to assess projects and liaise with the clients
• Working on small-scale and large-scale residential and commercial projects
• Developing final proposals and coordinating with engineers, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Ideal opportunity to combine your technical drawing skills, creativity / design ideas, attention to detail and work with Revit.
Working Hours:
Mon-Fri 37.5 hrs
Hybrid working
Fabulous office environment with parking on site
Salary: £35,000-£42,000 depending on experience
An ideal candidate for this role would have AutoCAD or Revit experience and have skills in detailed and technical architectural design
Residential or commercial experience considered.
