Red King Resourcing is seeking a Senior / Project Architect (ARB) to lead the architectural design of high-rise commercial and residential projects in the UK. You will oversee complex, large-scale tall buildings from concept through construction, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and planning frameworks.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years PQE on high-rise UK projects, deep knowledge of the Building Safety Act and fire regulations, and strong Revit/BIM Level 2 experience.
